This balsamic vinaigrette is great for all types of lettuces. You can add or reduce the amount of vinegar in this recipe depending on your palate.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 t Garlic, Minced
1 T Lemon Juice
1 t Salt
1/2 t Black Pepper
Directions: Place all ingrediants in a medium sized bowl except for the oil. Wisk the ingrediants together with a whisk or fork untill well mixed. While whisking, slowly add the oil, little by little, to the rest of the ingrediants to create an emulsion.
